Feeling on edge, dizzy, upset stomach

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone has insight whilst I wait for my GP to call me back. Over the last few months I’ve had some dizzy spells that have come and gone fairly quickly. Last Wednesday I started with a dizzy spell and it hasn’t ended. I saw the GP on Friday who couldn’t find anything wrong with my blood pressure or ears and said to see how I am in a few days. Alongside the dizziness I’ve got nausea, headaches, some ear pain but not too bad, and tiredness despite sleeping. I’m also off my food. Today I’ve started feeling really on edge and anxious, I’m a bit shaky too. I’ve also got a bit of an upset stomach which is not unusual for me; in fact I’m on a separate referral to a gastroenterologist for that issue. It could be related to how I’m feeling now or it could be totally separate. I’d like the GP to do a blood test, but any ideas while I wait for them to come back to me as to what this is? I’m worrying and googling!!

Have you tried a b12 supplement?
I was feeling very dizzy/lightheaded, anxious, nauseous and pins and needles. Started a b12 supplement and I'm feeling much better now!

I haven’t tried that, but am willing to do so! Thank you for the idea 😊

I’ve felt exactly as you describe in the last year or so, and after blaming high/low bp, high/low sugar etc it was discovered it was in fact very low salt! So a full blood test should shed some light on this.

That’s very interesting thank you, I’ve got a blood test this afternoon now so let’s see what that brings.
