Long covid fatigue help please

It's been a few weeks since I had it and I'm still so, so tired and achey. I've gained half a stone as I haven't the energy to be as active as usual.

I'm taking a multivitamin plus magnesium. Any other suggestions please? It's making life pretty difficult.

Same here, really fed up. It follows a distinct pattern for me. I have about 5 days okay and the it's like my body 'crashes' and I have a sore chest, fatigue, achey. 2 days of that and then rinse repeat. Still haven't got my smell back fully either.

Rest, rest and more rest. Don't do more than 70% of what you feel capable of - or you'll pay the price within a few days and feel like you're relapsing.

Try to get a blood test for iron panel, I’ve had covid 3 times and had tests twice after - ferritin level were almost non existent, got better after supplementing it

Vitamin D. There is no goodness from the sun now. It’s too dull. I Take 2000ug a day.

Not long covid but I get fatigue from another condition and I had a very severe case of covid last year which left me with fatigue for 3 months. I don't think vitamins will do much. It's all about pacing yourself. Don't plan more than one "thing" a day, never push yourself, stop before you feel exhausted.
If you do too much you just go backwards. It requires patience.
