Lost my motivation

Lately I'm feeling stressed/irritable, tired and really unmotivated for anything (except stuffing my face & drinking wine).

I started exercising in July (home workouts 4-5 times a week) and was loving it and seeing results, I'm not that big (size 12 maybe verging on 14 at times) but really need to tone, lose some belly fat and get healthier. I was so good for weeks and then the last 2/3 weeks I've lost all motivation and just feel really down. I know I need to start exercising again but just can't get my motivation back.
I feel really bloated & depressed. I drink too much wine (I'm not an alcoholic but do know I need to cut down).
I do have an appointment with my Dr next week as 2 blood tests have shown my thyroid levels are low. I seem to have a lot of symptoms for underactive thyroid which I originally thought was perimenopause and thats why I had blood tests.

Not sure what answers I'm looking for ... will my motivation come back? I felt so good a few weeks ago. Any advice or solidarity welcome. I'm female age 39 if that makes any difference.

Low thyroid levels will make you feel very unmotivated, vold and lethargic. You will feel better once the tablets kick in and they get your levels back to where they should be x

Vold = cold 😄

I've not got any advice but just wanted to let you know you're not alone!
I'm exactly the same just now, can't be arsed with anything and absolutely knackered. Really think I just need a couple of weeks off work and a good rest.
It's also this time of year I notice people's energy starting to dip. I've just been having to give myself a shake every morning and telling myself to get up and get on!

I have been really cold lately! Fingers crossed Dr gives me some tablets then. Thank you.

Yeah I wondered if the time of year played a part, so dark all of a sudden.
