Survived my first Implant procedure; surprised at how little pain. What can I expect from here?

So 2 roots out and implants in
Temporary crowns in place
Antibiotics taken (4 yesterday all at once....hmm my tummy may not like that)
Cocodamol dealing with pain 6 hourly

No hard food for 4 months, then proper teeth

Is there anything else I should watch out for or do/not do?

Spoke to the nurse later this afternoon and she was massively surprised I wasn't in pain
