Yellow nipple discharge

Hi everyone

i have an appointment with the gp at 5pm but wondered if anyone else had this?

I noticed it a few weeks ago - only happens if I press in a certain spot around the nipple but a bit of yellow liquid comes out. It doesn’t come out on it’s own and I haven’t noticed any stains or anything untoward in my bra.

I already suffer quite bad health anxiety I’m absolutely crapping myself.

Sounds wierd, but is it milk? I haven't breatfed for nearly 3 years but can still get a couple of drops out with not much effort!

My youngest is almost 7 and I’ve not breasted since she was 3 months old.

I can’t feel any lumps or see anything dodgy just the liquid when I press in a certain place

It is always better to get discharge checked out so def ask the GP.

Mine ended up being the milk ducts. Even though both my kids were over 18! It's called Duct Ectasia and was totally benign.
