Shingles?! Something else?!

So this red sore patch has appeared overnight. It's sore. About the size of a 10p piece. On my collar bone.

I've not been feeling wonderful the last few days but not enough to feel "ill" or for it to have any impact on my days other than feeling more tired than usual.

Could it be shingles? Or have I been abducted by aliens, stamped and returned to my bed?

It doesn't much look like shingles yet, but keep an eye especially if you are feeling unwell. Shingles usually has blisters and sores, often mistaken for clusters of insect bites.
