Worried about these symptoms?

For a while now I've had what feels like acid reflux. It's like the sensation of water in my throat? I didn't think to much of it. But I've also started to have constant bloating, I've actually lost a bit of weight but my stomach always looks and feels bloated and round. I've been getting a lot of stomach cramps which can be worse after eating. The doctor thought it could be an ulcer and gave me tablets but it didn't do much.
I'm 34. Looked on doctor Google and scared myself about the possibility of ovarian cancer. Has anyone had similar symptoms?

I’m getting the exact same problem except I’m a lot older than you. (Almost 55). I started getting acid reflux particularly at night about 4 months ago & I have to take Gavin on or gastro gel every night before bed. But about 3 weeks ago I started to get bloated after eating & burping abit more. I’m not a big burper. A friend of mine suggested that it could be a hernia but I’m so afraid to get it checked because I’m thinking the worst case scenario. (Silly I know) coz my logical brain tells me there are many more innocent things it could be. Whilst not impossible, it would be unusual for it to be ovarian cancer at your age but hopefully you e had it checked out by now.

This sounds like it's related to the gall bladder, especially if the pain is in the upper right quadrant. I had this years ago . After eating I would feel my stomach kind of flip over then the pain came on. Also really burpy and they smelt wierd.
