Has anyone been diagnosed with this? I had an ECG expecting it to be clear and got this but can't see my dr for a while....slightly worried!

Me! It doesn't affect anything though. Was having palpatations (poss perimenopausal)) and had an ECG and it showed up but dr totally unconcerned. I think left bundle branch block is more of a problem.

Thanks!

I have complete left bundle branch block after getting viral myocarditis. I thought I had flu instead it caused severe heart failure.
Luckily the medication is working at the moment, when it starts failing I can apparently have an implant. I probably won’t be eligible eventually for a heart transplant because I am 69 now 😊You never know what life’s going to throw at you!

Me! Was found during a routine work medical about 15 yrs ago. I was told it's nothing to worry about. Also asked a relative who is a Dr who said the same. Never had any issues at all

Sprry tobhear that @YanTanTetheraPetheraPimp

The thing is I have felt very tired and dizzy lately so not sure if it's related. Scared to go running now!

It’s completely harmless. Please don’t stop running, exercise is the best way to keep your heart healthy.

It needs to be interpreted in the context of the rest of the ecg, your symptoms and any other investigations. It can be an innocent finding that’s nothing to worry about, but it can also sometimes suggest problems. The person who requested the ECG is probably the best person to advise. Hope it turns out well.

I requested the ecg as I live abroad and you need to have a yearly ecg to go to the gym or join a running club. I really didn't expect it to turn up anything unusual. I'll get an appointment with my GP and in the meantime I will keep running. Thank you everyone.
