Help me, please!
I've been prescribed Lansoprazole twice daily 30-60 minutes before food and Gaviscon plus 3 times a day and before bed. The Lansoprazole can't be taken within 2 hours of the Gaviscon.
How the fuck do I do this? Is it possible? Pathetically, after a bad night of sleep because of a shitting dog and a pissing 5 year old I have had a bit of a cry .
Is there anyone out there with the super power to grown up this part of my life for me?
