Painful Period advice

So, I have suffered with painful periods for years but as I got older it’s not skyways been as bad until last month. I defiantly haven’t missed the feeling. When I was younger I had tablets to take for it before my period had started to help my pains but they never really understand what I was fully saying

It’s like The pain takes over I throw up quite violently (last month at least). The best way to describe it is, I feel drunk off the pain like not in this world. I can feel the pain building itself up and then slowly dies down for about 5seconds before I feel it building back up to full pain and it does this constantly. I normally go on my hands and knees to try relieve the pain I could be like this for a day.

I just wanted to know if anyone who suffers has any tips or anything to help with the pain other than tablets

Thank you!
