Do I need to worry

I was in hospital 2 weeks ago with a chest infection and pneumonia but since sort of recovered, chest still feels very full, went to the doctors yesterday about it and she told me my chest was clear but I've been being up orange phlegm with dark brown bits in it.

Do I need to worry or just try to let it pass.

I googled orange phlegm and it says inflammation and old red blood cells, are you still on steroids to help with the inflammation after hospital visit.

No doctor yesterday said that I didn't need anything more then the phlegm with the brown bits In shocked me as she said I was all fine.

Just for a bit of background ive had two PE which had left my lungs quite badly scarred and having had pneumonia several times over the years
