Dh and I DTD for the first time since baby was born (a year ago... I know... poor DH) and it just didn't work. It was painful and like something was in the way.
I have been wondering about a prolapse but I don't have much in the way of symptoms, apart from feeling like my insides are falling out when doing a hard workout. I thought things were perhaps loose due to BF. I do leak occasionally but again only during hard workouts.
I actually saw a physio privately but as I scored low on the symptoms sheet she didn't examine me so I'm none the wiser. She said if I had a prolapse it would be coming out completely (it's definitely not!).
Should i be worried? Will it be like this forever? Feeling pretty down about it. I've barely run this year, which I love, for fear of making things worse, and now this.
The birth was a C section if it makes a difference.
