I’m going into hospital soon for a few days to have my baby so one of my medications is due on the day I’ll be in hospital so I rang my dr to get my prescription early but she said the hospital will supply my medication in there. Iv tried to Google and it does say to bring your current medications with you….. has anyone recently been In hospital and know how this works in an nhs Uk hospital

If you don't bring your own in they can get it from their pharmacy, however sometimes it can cause a delay in you having meds, eg if you went in at 8am but needed a med at lunchtime they might not have it. It's generally easier to bring your own but not compulsory
