You have to spend the first week resting your feet, off your face on pain meds. So I appreciated the funny cards, tv remote and iPad. Had a few books but lacked concentration at first. Food and nice drinks to keep by the sofa/ bed are really useful. Obviously not doing much physically so low calorie, light options make you feel better.
You need toe spacers to wear at night once the bandages are off. I bought mine from Amazon but it might have been good to have another set for choice.
My first purchase was open toed sandals. Never worn them before because if my terrible feet. Nice pair of flip flops to look forward to?

Oversized heat holder socks. To keep feet warm but loosely covered afterwards

You lot! That’s a great idea too. Thank you.
