Infected molloscum or something else?

4yo DS has had molluscum for around 4 months now predominantly between his eye brows and a few on his forehead.
They've been coming up and disappearing after a few weeks but new ones come before the old ones have gone etc.
One right between his eyes has suddenly gone like this.... normal?!?

Could be / my dd had some that got infected and scarred. I’d take to pharmacist and they’ll suggest cream or GP.
