I’m seeing an osteo who has diagnosed tennis elbow. I’m not in huge amounts of pain but I get twinges in the elbow when I grip and twist or lift things. My forearm also gets very tight and feels sore to touch sometimes.
Thing is when the osteo massages my arm it bruises a little and I’ve tried massaging it myself at home which also bruises it . Is that normal?? And what tips do you have to get rid of TE? I’ve been told to ice it and use heat as well as massage but not been given much in the way of helpful exercises. Any tips gratefully received!
