Pain in breast - one side

I am 23, I am awaiting a scan at the breast clinic because I have a lump and pain in my chest. I have had the pain for a few weeks on and off and it feels like an ache. There is a lump they are going to check but they are not concerned as I have naturally lumpy breasts anyway which has been checked before. Can anyone help calm my anxiety? I'm really worried

I have lumpy breasts too and often complain of an ache. I regularly have mammograms due to family history but am always told that pain isn’t usually a symptom of anything sinister. Wishing you all the best for the all clear and being told to up your dosage of Evening Primrose Oil xxx

As above, I have lump issues, and they've told me pain pretty much means not cancer. Chances are you are fine. Good luck x
