Hi everyone. Just looking for some advice as I cannot see the doctor till next Tuesday! Last night in the shower I found a tiny raised or maybe swollen but of skin when I pulled my arm pit down it looks like there a small lump u set there. But when u press in on the arm pit to check where the lump is. It's just swollen and doesn't actually feel like a lump. I suffer with anxiety really bad and have had a stressful week a long with my period. Im wondering can that cause ur glands to swell. Or could it be something to worry about. I can't concentrate on anything as worried sick.
The doctor told me not to worry and it doesn't sound sinister but it's easier said then done not to worry. Thank you for taking the time to read. Xx
