I'm guessing apples and baguettes and probably toffees

But what else is not allowed

I am quite nervous about the whole thing

Just had some put in last week while I wait for the permanent crowns to be made. Aside from hard and crunchy, my dentist seemed to think sticky and chewy things were worse such as toffee. Don’t worry, a week in and it hasn’t bothered me at all so far!

Thanks xx

Also medium hard cheeses; cheddar, Brie, Camembert etc. I found to my cost.

😁😁

I'm dairy free so....

Gutted about steak baguettes tbh it's close to being my only treat

my dentist was very firm about no olives because of the stones! And anything sticky like toffee. I avoided anything hard or tough and ate on the other side, personally!

Olives are safe too! I hate 'em

But Toffees? I'm really going to miss toffees

If it is your front teeth, don't bite into things like toast, chop it up and chew it at the back.
Again, for front teeth, avoid tomato soup or curry in case the temporary teeth pick up stain.

Thanks everyone - I am feeling a bit less nervous
