Boyfriends teeth grinding

Okay so we have a 2 month old baby. Partner has been a snorer anyway but lately he's been teeth grinding every night and I'm sure it's down to lack of sleep/stress from a new baby. He's stressing at me to tell him to turn over because it's waking me up with the loud teeth grinding. Is there anything that can help with this? Hes got great straight teeth I don't know how they aren't damaged with how loud he's doing it.

Go to the dentist s d explain. They might suggest a gum shield. They take an impression and you get a custom.made shield. Not sexy , but it does the job.
Might prevent damage to teeth.

He is damaging his teeth and a dentist will be able to see it. I second getting a 'night splint' as they are called from dentist (or I think you can buy do-it-yourself versions.) It won't stop him grinding though, it'll just mean he won't damage his teeth. Might be quieter too.

You can buy mouth guards for sleep grinding on Amazon.

Dentist and a mouthguard.

If you want to spend a lot of money, Botox. It doesn't stop the grinding but you put much less force into it.

But definitely the mouthguard, it causes a lot of tooth damage - the tops of mine are all ground away
