Can you recommend a good post-natal workout DVD?

Now DS is 12 weeks I'm looking for a post-natal exercise DVD - something that I can do in not much space in my living room and don't need a degree in dance to follow!

i am a fan of the 10 minute solutions workouts as you can do just 10 minutes a night if you want and still feel like youve done something.i did the yoga one post-dd3 as its easy and not too strenuous, but i now have a carb and calorie burner one to get rid of the post-xmas bulge

Thanks Divastrop. Has anyone done the Davina McCall pre and post natal workout?

I really liked Spooks and the Brad Pitt films. The films are better as they allow you to have biscuits in both hands without stopping to choose episodes

I have heard that the davina one was really good, and i managed to get one for under £10 on ebay!

I'm currently doing the Davina prenatal bit and really enjoy it. It's fairly gentle so definitely good for 3rd trimester. Got a few months before I need to start the postnatal bit so not sure how good it is.

If you find Davina quite annoying though then I probably wouldn't recommend it, but I find her honesty on the DVD strangely comforting - I think she might even show off her wobbly bits on the postnatal bit
