So before I had my first child I weighed 10st 3lbs and went up to 11st 10 and couldn't shift it. After my 2nd DC this year, my body has really changed and I've lost weight, down to 10st 6 now but cannot get any lower than this! It drives me crazy, no matter how well I eat, how much excercise I do, how much water I drink, how much sleep I have, my body refuses to lose any more weight! I know it might sound like a trivial thing but is this common after having children? I'm 36 years old if that makes any difference.
