Hip dysplasia

I have long term (like, since forever) hip and knee pain. Currently having investigations and an x ray has found “mildly shallow acetabulum” in one of my hips - not the most painful one but I get bad groin pain on that side that feels like stabbing and thy leg also buckles and locks when I get up sometimes. The x ray results came back “satisfactory” - but it seems like it’s a potentially progressive issue and I’m already at risk of osteoarthritis.

Does anyone have any experience? I’m only 28 and I feel like I might at last have some kind of answer to why I’m in pain. Might not explain the much more severe pain in my other leg but still.

hip dysplasia
Can anyone recommend a good private doctor/hospital for baby hip dysplasia? Ideally near Bristol.
