‘Hard cavity’?

Hi everyone,

my dentist told me today I have a ‘hard cavity’ … it’s a little dark spot/whole on the side of one of my front teeth. It’s not very noticeable at the moment but I’m worried it will get bigger.

dentist says we can ‘watch’ it and treat when it becomes soft or fill it now. They didn’t seem hugely concerned.

Can anyone advise? Typically fillings in the past never seem to go well for me! They fall out or cause more plain!

Thanks in advance for any advice.

if anyone is a dentist who can give me any advice I’d really really appreciate it! Feeling very anxious about it now!

Not a dentist but a dental nurse.

From my experience we've never left a cavity. They're not going to go away on there own so best to treat it asap.
