I've had seborrhoeic dermatitis for a few years. Initially I was prescribed daktacort which helped but I know you can't use steroids long term. What have others found works for seborrhoeic dermatitis (OTC or prescription)?

Where is it?

It's on my face, mainly cheeks and nose and sometimes my forehead.

I should probably add that I've tried coal tar cream but had a bad reaction and Sebclair didn't help.

Thanks, I get it on both my face and my scalp, and deal with it differently on both.

What I find works is just a bit of acid, either Superdrug glycolic toner, or Johnson and Johnson clean and clear blue stuff.

I have it too and I’ve found Linton Light Soothe works and Epaderm ointment, which can be prescribed and purchased over the counter from Boots.
