Is this acne? I'm 53 ffs.

I am peri Meno, 53, on Oestrogen gel.
Doctor prescribed testosterone gel in June, but I stopped using it after only a few doses as this broke out on my chin around the same time. Also, blood tests show I'm borderline ok for testosterone.
I have cut out alcohol, eat well, scrupulously cleanse with gentle products.
I have consulted with pharmacist and GP, who thought it might be impetigo and I treated with Fucidin. No improvement.
I suffer from Acne rosacea on side of my nose. I have ivermectin cream to keep that under control.
I also had what GP diagnosed as "muzzle rash" on my chin a long while ago, but this is not quite the same. Could it be this again?
Does it take a long time for hormones to settle after only a tiny dose of testosterone gel?

Looks like rosacea to me? I've had it on and off. Usually end up on Tetracyclin for a few months. It got worse around menopause but then stopped and I haven't had it since.
