If I orgasm, I feel really low after. I have no hand ups about it! Nothing psychological about it

But suddenly I feel all spaced out, no motivation, zapped of energy and feel really low

What's going on?

Are you taking amitriptyline? I took it for migraines and it had this effect. Made me feel awful like I had ptsd!

I think sometimes it can be due to the sudden hormone drop
