Hello, a friend staying has just discovered a 3cm approx lump on the side of his jaw that he says has only just appeared this evening and is fully painless.
Does anyone know what it might be? I suggested dental abscess but he thinks not.
He doesn't have any other symptoms but am wondering if he needs to call 111 or anything.
