I worked on a project all afternoon, it's like I woke up whilst on a call and cannot remember anything I worked on. I'm so scared. What's going on? What shall I do?

You need to book an appointment with your GP, who will refer you. If you did have a seizure, you could potentially have another. Or, it might be something completely different. You’ll only know with the relevant tests. Good luck.
