Anyone had it for back pain.

in a desperate attempt for some relief I have booked in for it but don’t know if it’s a bit of a fad.

this is how it was described.

You are fully clothed and we do a series of mobilisations and stretches.
It’s costs £40 and the session usually lasts about 1 hour.

The experience varies from client to client depending on what issue the client presents with and their lifestyle. Some clients experience immediate relief after one treatment. In other cases, additional treatments may be required, but the decision to return is entirely down to you. People looking to improve sports performance or pain relief often visit on a regular basis, while others will come sporadically whenever they feel they need it.

Some clients leave feeling relaxed and calm, while others leave feeling energised and motivated. Most people report a greater range of movement and general feeling of wellbeing. The improvements can be immediate and dramatic, or may be felt a few days later once the body has settled into the realignment. Many clients also report that their sleep pattern improved straight after treatment.

im pretty desperate. I’m sure it’s caused by sitting at a desk working all day every day.
