BCG reaction over 2 months later?

DD had her BCG at the beginning of November when she was 2 months old. She squeaked at the needle, but was absoultely fine afterwards and showed no aftereffects, in terms of fever or at the site of injection. In early Jan I noticed a raised red mark on her left arm. It is still there almost 2 weeks later. It looks like an insect bite, though there is no visible centre to it, and it seems a bit cold for mosquitos! She also only has this one bite which makes me think if it was an insect she might have more? It is the same arm and looks like the same location as her BCG, and like a small reaction to that, but is that possible over 2 months later?? Has anyone else experienced that? She has had other vaccinations since, but they were in her little chubby thigh! It doesn't seem to be causing her any discomfort, but I just wonder what it is if not the BCG? Would appreciate any thoughts!

I know it can leave quite a mark, but the unusual thing I think is taht she had absoultely nothing for the first few months, and then a mark arrived, did your dd have the mark from the moment it was done?
