Trouble sleeping causing body aches

Has anyone had similar?

Last couple of months I’ve had real issues with falling asleep, I think for a few reasons (boyfriends ridiculous snoring being one of them)!

most nights I get into bed - I’m not able to sleep and then my whole body aches. Like a dull ache feeling? Shoulders/ arms / legs. It’s driving me
insane.

I’ve tried pillow sprays, new bedding, new mattress topper, going to bed different times, flaming music / podcasts. Nothing is working.

may or may not be related - I am about a stone overweight and recently given up smoking. I just want to sleep :(

Yes I have this too. I've always struggled to sleep but now I have two small kids too, it feels like I've forgotten what sleep is.

The pains can be quite intense and can go on for a long time. Haven't found anything that helps. I also suffer from restless legs and that's been getting worse lately too.

Today so many people are not able to enjoy their sleep very well due to several reasons. My small suggestion for smooth sleep, do some workouts in your daily life, especially in the morning time. Take your dinner at early night, don't take huge amount of junk food and non-veg food items. Doing body massage weekly twice, it will help to avoid muscles reflux. These tips will surely help to gives a smooth and peaceful sleep in the night time.
