Hi
The past three days I have had a really awful stomach and Imodium has done absolutely nothing. I don't have an appetite anymore and I keep getting really really bad stomach cramps. When they attack, I literally fall to the floor in pain. It is so bad 
the worst pain I've ever had apart from being induced! The pain is sort of in the middle of my abdomen but moves downwards. Does this sound like appendicitis? Really not sure what's going on but the pain is getting worse. It's not a constant pain but maybe ever 30 mins
