Stomach bug

I have not had a stomach bug in years.
Visited my dad at the weekend who was really unwell and vomiting- made sure I washed my hands and used a spray sanitizer afterwards.

Dad messaged me this am to say mum was now the same as he was. Roll on 1:30 this afternoon and I started with intense nausea, feeling like I needed to be sick, stomach cramps and headache. So far nothing else has materialised but it's coming isn't it?

Still no sickness. Intense nausea and retching. Stomach cramps but constipated. Headache from hell

Nausea is just the worst isn't it
It's probably not the right thing to do but in that situation I'd make myself sick. I can't deal with constant nausea.

Thankyou. I'm not usually bothered by a stomach bug but this nausea is something else. Tried making myself sick but even that isn't working. Keep getting the chills too. Covid test negative too.

Ugh. I can't sleep. I have stomach cramps but I'm constipated. The nausea is coming and going still. I've only managed to be sick once around 9pm last night and that was from making myself sick.

My parents have both actually vomited and had diarrhoea. I have the symptoms but am the opposite. It's been so long since I had a stomach bug I don't know if this is normal.

I'm the same. Just nausea though not been sick but diarrhoea. I feel like bubbles are popping in my stomach??? Not as bad as yesterday but still noisy rumbling stomach and belching (lovely)

Ive barely slept I made myself sick twice because the nausea was just too much. Still have low grade headache and fever.

AF is also here so that isn't helping my stomach pains

I have spent all day dozing. I just decided I felt less nauseous and was a little hungry. Had a slice of toast - big mistake!!

Ok so I'm still feeling grotty. I haven't had a stomach bug in years so I don't know how long it supposed to last until I feel better.

Definitely caught this off my parents who on the whole seem to have recovered quicker than I have. I had a couple of episodes of diarrhoea yesterday evening. I then slept like a log. I still keep feeling sweaty and unwell though. I'm now back to being constipated but feel like I need to go.
This started on Monday afternoon so it's not quite been 48 hours I guess.
