I am 50, 3 stone over weight and pretty unfit at the moment. I really want to get back on track and get fitter and lose some weight. But when I walk, jog or exert myself generally I get a very uncomfortable feeling in my upper abdomen....almost like the kind of discomfort you get when you eat too much. It puts me right off since it's quite unpleasant. Any ideas what is causing it?? I don't exercise after eating so it's not actually to do with being full so I'm not sure how to ease or prevent it. 🤔
