Post sterilisation pain

Got clipped about a fortnight or so ago, op went well. No issues, had to go straight back to childcare about 12 hours later and then work 2 days after that (on my feet 13 hours a day/not moving or handling though). Had the usual aches and pains of post internal rummage! Anyway, fast forward I'm still having problems passing wind, I get pain when my bladder is full and just general dull aching in the pelvic region/lower lumbar.

Was wondering if anyone else had experienced this, I'm going to get onto the gp/ask around colleagues (work in a hospital) but thought I'd try mumsnet.
For info I'm a fit and well person in general. This was an elective op.

Sorry you didn't get any answers to this. I'm having this op in the morning and was looking for some info on here. Hopefully this might get bumped and answered. I hope you are ok now OP

It all resolved by about 6 weeks post op, good luck!

@flowngo 6 weeks! Oh lord.
Did anything help to relieve it?

Well my operation went fine but when I woke up my BP was 200/101 (BP before surgery was 120/77) so they have kept me in because it's hardly come down even with medication and pain relief.
I'm trying not to worry. My mum has my kids but she's elderly so I think they may miss school tomorrow 🤦🏽‍♀️
Anywho glad you are ok now
