Those of you who suffer with PVCs or PACs have you ever got to the bottom of the cause? How do you get use to them coming and going? How long have you suffered with them?

They’re a very normal thing, everyone has them, every day. It’s just sometimes we feel them more, and then focusing on it makes us feel them more.

Had them over 20 years. Never got to the bottom of why I get them. I have learnt to ignore them now, they used to make me very anxious but not anymore
