Is flu still a thing? Only you don't tend to hear of it since Covid-19.

I'm in bed with really bad flu like symptoms, I can't get out of bed. Covid test is negative.

Flu season doesn’t really hit until a bit later, Flu vaccs aren’t due to be started until end of the month in our surgery so that everyone possible is vaccinated for the main flu period.
Flu is still about though, I imagine there will be a lot more of it about this flu season given that mask wearing is no longer a thing.
I hope you feel better soon.

Through Respiratory Datamart influenza positivity remains very low at 0.3% in week 34. Other indicators for influenza such as hospital admissions and GP influenza-like illness consultation rates remain low.

Thanks so much for replying. Seriously I feel very unwell. Just seem to be getting worse as time goes on.

Maybe I should do another covid test
