Hi I’ve had an enlarged lymph node (no tummy pain) on the left side of my stomach for about 6-8 weeks now. I’ve also got a tight chest in the centre and keep feeling like I need to take a deep breath. My throat also feels tight/uncomfortable on both sides. Any ideas what it could be? I went to the dr and he said anxiety even though I don’t feel anxious (have suffered with it in the past).
