Add on medical cover for travel insurance

Does anyone know of a way to purchase travel insurance that's just for medical bills/repatriation? I'm going on a work trip to the US. Company paid for my flights/hotel etc and have standard travel insurance that would cover them for cancellation etc.
I'd like to take out my own insurance as I'm pregnant (but pre viability so no risk of a multimillion-dollar NICU bill) and US hospital costs make me nervous. Also have some medical conditions that have never disrupted a holiday but would need declaring.
I don't want to pay for an entire policy that includes things I don't need like cancellation cover. Is there a way to do this?

Your company should be paying that for you. It’s a business expense.
