Sore head and sick every 6 weeks

Roughly every 6 weeks I get totally floored!

I feel like I have a headache, sometimes it feels like a sinus headache (on one side of my head and down my nose), I feel so sick that I can't describe (but not actually being sick), my body is all weak and sore.

It usually lasts around 5 days.

I can't continue like this! Been to gp several times, they say possibly sinus related but there not sure?! NOT SURE?

Has anyone else experienced this? What is it? How do I get it away?

I have tried endless painkillers, nasal sprays etc.

Hello, take a look at cervicogenic headaches or occipital neuralgia. I have both. If its sinus it can be diagnosed via CT or MRI often with a deviated septum. If its migraine you can try one of the migraine drugs to abort an attack. It sounds one sided though so I think its neck related. Is your neck ever stiff or sore? Does it happen after any activity? Painkillers like Naproxen are good for this. Start a pain diary so you can track events and pain.
