Hi, wondering if anyone can help/advise me please. I've been having pain in my hip/lower back for some time and this is affecting my ability to exercise or even walk very far. I've had x rays and received the results but I don't really understand what they mean. I'm waiting to see the consultant but if anyone had any insights I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much.

I would google the phrases to see if you get a better idea whilst you wait for your consultantion. Make sure you don't leave the appointment until you're clear on everything. Even if I feel rushed at an appointment I always make sure that I've had all my questions answered.

Thank you, I have read some information online which has helped a bit but some that also seems conflicting. Good advice about questions though - I tend to get flustered in these things so preparation will be key! Thank you 🙂
