Whats the word that spells out the foods you CAN eat after being sick??

I can't remember it.

Each letter stands for a food you can eat.

I think egg and rice are some of them.

dd was sick last night and this morning.
Just wondered what to feed her once she feels up tp it. Not yet.

She's watching cebeebies. Never usually sits still for long enough to watch it.

i wanted to be the first to say BRAT!!

Not sure about the egg though, might be a bit fatty. I would personally just offer her some toast, IF she is hungry, but plenty fluids and a cuddle is a good plan.

Don't know why I thought egg.

She had a lot to drink earlier and then was sick.
I told her to only have sips.

Not been sick since 7am.

Was sick at 6pm, 10.30pm yest then 7am today.

She's eating half a banana. Only half cos lots of it was bruised and had to be cut off.
