After dosing for thread worm, how long must a child be kept away from school?

I didn't know they had to be kept off school as long as you've dosed - they probably picked up the little blighters there anyway!

Just don't mention it and send them back as per nits.....

I just spoke to the school and they say he can go back as soon as he has been treated, but that it might be an idea to keep him off today in case his tummy is upset
