lower back ache what can i do to help

hiya i have back ache lower part on and off noticed it alot in about the last 3 weeks especially when i get up i n the mornin even tho i got a memory foam matress topper but it aches most of the time and hurts to bend down tips please

You need to start stretching in the morning and building up flexiblity. Get to an osteopath if you can afford it (put the guinea pigs on half-rations for a week or two). They will sort out any immediate problem. Then get a good book on yoga and get up 20 minutes earlier every day to do some.

I find paying attention to my posture and sitting up straight all the time really helps with my lower back pain!
