Should I be concerned?

Apologies in advance for the TMI post.

This all started in May when I had an upset stomach. After this I suffered a change in bowel habits which corrected itself after a few weeks.

This month I have had two episodes of an upset stomach. The first was mid cycle. I get stomach cramps then the urge to go, the first time is normal the cramps then die down. Eventually it starts cramping again and I have to go again and this time, although still having some form it is very loose and watery.

Tonight I have had the same. I've had cramps throughout the day on and off however I am due on and therefore I put it down to that. I went to the toilet as usual earlier and all was ok. However in the last hour the cramps have come on again and I have just passed again a looser watery stool.

I just don't understand it at all. I have been under stress recently and I do have an self diagnosed sensitivity to wheat but it doesn't normally cause this reaction.

Should I be concerned. Obviously Google just throws up all the different types of cancer I could have (I also suffer terribly from health anxiety so I get myself worked up). Can anyone offer any calming words that it's not cancer at all!

FYI when I had this is May I asked for an appointment with the GP who offered me one in late July. I cancelled this as everything had gone completely back to normal for weeks and weeks and now it's started again.

If I take Imodium it does stop it all but haven't taken it tonight yet as it tends to slow everything down which I don't like. I just don't understand what is going wrong!
