Does anyone here have lupus? Or know anyone that has it?
What is lupus? What does it feel like? How is it diagnosed?
I have a rash all over my chest. Its not a new rash. It is not sore or itchy. It is a red and dry rash.
I shared it on a different group and a poster suggested lupus. I wasn't looking for a diagnosis. I was checking to see if the rash was connected to gut issues.
I did a quick search online about lupus and now I am concerned. I have some of the things that was listed.
I found baldness on my legs and pubic hair about 7 years ago. That baldness never corrected itself. I went to the doctor at the time and bloods were taken but nothing really came back except for low iron.
I was experiencing random aches and pains all throughout my body. Every day is different. My knees, hips and back feel stiff. For years. I never got it investigated at the GP. Sometimes pain that feels like a fire and other times it's an ache right in the middle of a bone. It's all weird stuff. I am reaching 40 years.
Is that what lupus feels like?
