Does anyone else have a diagnosis of this? Its mainly in my right hand, a bit also in right leg but now affects also writing in left hand - messy and sore if I write fast or for longer than a few minutes. They are fairly certain this is whats wrong after scans, tests, neurologist, etc, but I don't know anyone else with this at my age - tends to be around 55 or older and I am 42, had it 2 and a half years. Coping a lot better now and on medication to control it but would just like someone else to talk to who understands. Anyone out there? It causes tremor and also tension in the muscles, movement relieves the tension to some extent.

Hi, I know this is a VERY old thread but wondered if you have found ways to manage the dystonia. I have it in left hand (I am left handed): arm tremor and involuntary movements in 3rd and 4th finger.
