Getting really really really frustrated and upset with insect bites. Don't know what they're coming from - any suggestions of what they are/what I can do?
Bites occuring regularly over the past 6 weeks, and are scattered randomly on ankles, legs, chest, back and arms.
Don't have any pets. But we moved into a renovation project house around the time the bites started. We lifted all carpets and got rid of soft furnishings when we moved in. Hovered everywhere and all our own bedding has been boilwashed ( no obvs sign of bed bugs). Been working in the garden - and there are some ants... Could these be the problem? Though I always wear long socks & jeans when in the garden...
