Unexplained bruising

Hi all. I woke up this morning with all this bruising on my leg. I haven't banged it or anything. Only thing is it was itching a lot yesterday. Should I be concerned?

Funnily enough, I've done the same. I can't see a photo.
I often bruise myself itching!
